DELIVERIES:

Note: Our minimum order value is £500 (excluding VAT).

1. Collected

  • You may pre-order your items prior to picking up from our HQ.
  • Any collection orders, could kindly please be collected and processed before 4:30PM (Monday – Friday).

2. Same day Delivery (within the delivery zones of London)

  • Any same day delivery, please allow two hours before receiving your orders. All orders must be made before 2PM for same day delivery.
  • For urgent orders, please be aware that additional charges may be applied but could still take up to one hour.

3. Next day Delivery (outside of London)

  • All orders must be in before 3PM. Orders made after 3PM will be shipped on the next business day.

4. Next day Delivery (outside of UK)

  • All orders must be in before 3PM. Delivery will be within 2-3 business days.
  • The time guidelines for deliveries are to ensure you receive your orders on time without delays. Any next day orders made after 3pm will not go out for delivery until the following day.
